DivineTV

DivineTV is a Christian streaming service built to be a calm, safe space for faith: Bible stories, films and sermons only, suitable for children and made for learning Scripture, keeping faith present, or stepping away from worldly content to focus on God. I designed the full app experience, from the brand icon to onboarding, profiles, browsing and paywalls. Content is produced by a mix of AI and creators, and the product is already live and profitable.

My role & responsibilities

I designed the product end to end, from the brand and visual language to every screen and flow, working in Figma with Claude to move fast without losing craft.

  • The full visual identity and app UI, from the brand icon to every screen.
  • Onboarding flows that introduce the platform and its safe, faith-first promise.
  • Sign-in and account flows: Apple, Google and email, with password and recovery.
  • A multi-profile system for switching and adding profiles, built for families.
  • The home and content experience: browse, continue watching, Bible stories and detail pages.
  • Subscription paywalls built and tested with Superwall.

Foundation: concept & experience

DivineTV has a single, clear promise: only Bible-based content, in one safe place. It is built for families and children, for learning Scripture, keeping faith part of daily life, or simply stepping away from worldly content to focus on God.

The catalog is produced by a mix of AI and human creators, so the design had to make a growing library feel curated and trustworthy. I leaned into a calm, dark interface with a single lime-green accent, so the content leads and the experience feels focused, modern and reverent without being heavy.

Onboarding & sign-in

The first run sets the tone. A short, four-step onboarding explains what DivineTV is and who it is for, then hands off to a frictionless sign-in: Apple, Google or email, with the lightest possible path to the content.

Profiles & subscription

Like the streaming services it sits beside, DivineTV is multi-profile by design, so each member of the family gets their own space. Subscription is handled through Superwall paywalls, designed to feel clear and fair, with a free trial and transparent plans.

Outcome

DivineTV launched in late 2025 and is already live and profitable, with more than 1,000 active users and recurring revenue from subscriptions. It is proof that a focused, well-designed niche product can find its audience quickly, and that a full app experience can be shipped fast without compromising on craft.
